What if I delete a pack which I have shared directly with other users?
If you delete a pack which you have chosen to share with other users then that pack will be removed from your account but will remain accessible to the other users.

What if I delete a pack which I have shared with the WordShare community?
If you delete a pack that is shared with the WordShare community then the pack will no longer appear on your account but will remain in WordShare.

How many words can I store on my account?
As many as you need to learn!

How do I add new words to my account?
After signing in to the website, click on 'My Word Packs' and then click on the "Add New Words..." button. On that page you can add words one-by-one or as a list. If you are already signed in to your account, click here (must be signed in).

Can I change the Online Dictionary Search settings to a dictionary of my choice?

If you try to change the content of a word pack which is owned by another user then a copy of the pack will be created which YOU will own.

How do I download your software to my mobile phone?

My phone doesn't have enough space. What should I do?
If you are sure that your phone meets our minimum requirements, you should reduce the number of exercises that you try to download in the software. This may help.

I'm having problems with your mobile software. What should I do?
If you are sure that your phone meets the specifications, send us a message in which you should include: (1) the make and model of your mobile phone, (2) what you did and (3) what the problem is. Remember: the more information you provide, the more likely we will be able to help you.

Can I download your mobile software to more than one mobile phone?
No. When you download our software from the WAP site, our server records details about your mobile phone. This information is used to ensure that only one mobile phone is used per user account. If you change your mobile phone, you should inform us and we will clear your account settings [Note: This may only be done once in any 12 month period. See our Terms & Conditions for more information].

What do I need to use this facility?
You must have a PDF document reader installed such as Adobe Reader.

How can I print double-sided flashcards?
If you are using Adobe Reader, then you should press 'Print' and then choose to print only the 'Odd' numbered pages. Once the printing is complete, you should put the paper back into the printer, making sure you place it the correct way around, and then choose to print the 'Even' numbered pages.
